Karolina Demus joined Sandoz Poland in 2019 as Retail Core & Trade BU Head. In 2023, she took on the role of Country Head Hungary, and after two years she returned to the Sandoz Poland team, this time as the Country President of Sandoz in Poland. She has extensive experience in managing diverse cross‑functional teams, and is also passionate about coaching and mentoring, as well as a certified facilitator of the Hogan methodology.
In 2026, she was nominated in the “Women of the Healthcare Market” competition, being ranked among the 100 most influential women in the Polish healthcare sector.
