Maciej Sypek

President of the Management Board, Holcim

Maciej Sypek has served as President of the Management Board of Holcim Polska since February 2024. He has been with the company since 2007, and since 2019, as Vice President of the Management Board, he has been responsible for cement sales and logistics as well as the development of the low-carbon product portfolio, including the launch of the ECOPlanet brand. Previously, he established and developed the company’s domestic research and development and technical support structures. He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where he earned a degree in chemical engineering and, in 2023, received a Ph.D. in engineering and technical sciences.
