Dr Agata Kruszec, Sustainability Manager, Nestlé Polska S.A.: expert in sustainability and innovation, with extensive experience in the chemical and agri-food sectors. For over a dozen years, she has been closely associated with the business environment, supporting international organizations in their transition toward sustainable business models. She currently serves as Sustainability Manager at Nestlé Polska S.A., where she is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies, with a strong focus on science–business collaboration as well as value chain partnerships.

She holds a PhD from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and is a graduate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge. She is a lecturer, author of publications in the field of sustainability, an active member of industry organizations, and a thought leader.
